Leadership

As the GA for Civic Engagement, part of my work was oversight of my team and the volunteer program. I learned a lot about being a leader and a manager in a professional setting. Not only did I work for a Center that focused on student leadership, I also got to be part of the leadership team for multiple clubs and organizations at my university.

Supervising & Training

I assisted in the supervision of 3 employees at the CLCE; creating weekly to-do lists, having check-ins, and helping coordinate schedules.

I oversaw 2 volunteer programs. 1 program was a small group of highly-dedicated volunteers who I trained (some pictured below), tracked hours, ensured continued opportunities, and maintained a close connection with. 1 program consisted of 50-100 volunteers who I worked on developing and delivering training and managing scheduling.
