Event Planning, Management, & Evaluation

TEDxRIT 2025

As the main co-organizer, event producer, and producer/editor of TEDxRIT 2025, I worked on selecting and supporting speakers, managing the venue and catering, coordinating video production and photography, managing the organizing team and the production/post-production teams, coordinating accessibility, and designing and managing the marketing of the event all while abiding by TEDx rules and procedures within RIT’s environment. All elements of the event were under my management.

Women’s Resource EXPO 2023

Ran the inaugural Women’s History Month of events for the President’s Commission on Women for the 2023 academic year. Included planning the full month of events, managing the calendar, and marketing the events. Titular event of the month was a resource EXPO featuring internal and external resources, catering, and custom merch.

Student Engagement Events

I planned, strategized, and evaluated the programming for several programs: ROAR the Vote, Into the ROC, and Community Collaboration. Each of these programs required different kinds of events, policy considerations, and event coordination.

These events all highlight student engagement. ROAR the Vote includes a high level of legal knowledge to make events work. Into the ROC and Community Collaboration require heavy collaboration and coordination with external organizations.
