Imagine 2024 Strategy
We were tasked with coming up with ways to engage 1st and 2nd year students in the annual campus-wide exhibition of student projects and research. It draws thousands of members of the public for the free event and is integral to the university’s culture. Most students don’t exhibit until their 3rd, 4th, or 5th years. We conducted analysis of old engagement efforts, did research on current student opinions, and formulated a strategy for the Marketing and Communications Department to employ.
